Game night ideas
A game night needs a mix: something quick to warm up, something to argue over, and something longer for the people who stay. Here's how to build one from games that run on your TV.
- Bluff Buffet2-12 · TV
Warm up. Everyone knows how to play after one round.
- Impasta3-10 · Pack
The middle of the night, when people are ready to accuse each other.
- Breadwinner2-5 · Pack
The long game for 2 to 5 who want to stay up.
- Picnic Panic1-8 · Phone or TV
A quick race between longer games.
Snacks
Every game here is about food, so plan the snacks around them. Or use Would Eat to decide what to order before the first game.
How to set it up
- Open the game on a laptop, smart TV browser or a tablet everyone can see. A laptop plugged into the TV works best.
- The screen shows a four-letter room code and a QR code.
- Everyone opens eatnow.lol/play on their phone and types the code with their name.
- The first person to open the room is the host and taps Start.
