Terms and refunds

Last updated November 5, 2026

Play nice, the free games stay free, and if the Launch Pack doesn't work for you, you get your money back.

Playing

Anyone can join a game with a room code. Don't type anything hateful, threatening or private about someone into a game. The host can remove a player from the room, and we can close rooms or accounts that are used to hurt people.

Accounts

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that email account safe, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You can delete your account any time from your account page.

The Launch Pack

• It's a one-time purchase that lets the signed-in host open Impasta, Breadwinner and the Picnic Panic race, for as long as eatnow.lol runs them. Players never need to buy it.
• The price is shown before you pay and charged once by Stripe. There's no subscription.
• Founding Members, who bought at the launch price, get the next pack free and half off packs after that, when those packs come out.
• A free code works the same as buying it, once per account.

Refunds

If the Launch Pack doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund the full price. Send Report a problem from any game page, pick "A payment", and add the email you bought it with. A refund removes the Launch Pack from that account. If your bank reverses the charge, the pack is removed too.

The games

We work hard to keep every game running, but the site is provided as it is. We may change or retire games over time. If we ever shut down a Launch Pack game you paid for within the last 14 days, we'll refund you.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Big changes to the Launch Pack will be shown on the pack page before you buy.
